Lynda focuses her practice on the legal issues that arise in families as a result of major life transitions, including separation and divorce, marriage and marriage-like relationships, deciding to have a child, or the death of a loved one.
Lynda’s practice includes assisting clients with separation and marriage/cohabitation agreements, relative adoptions, wills and incapacity planning, and estate administration. She has a particular interest in fertility law, including surrogacy and donor agreements.
Lynda received her law degree from the University of Victoria in 1998. She is accredited by the Law Society of British Columbia as a family law mediator, and trained in collaborative family practice. She has presented at continuing legal education programs in fertility law and family law and formerly served on the executive of the Elder Law and Family Law (Victoria) sections of the Canadian Bar Association.
When not in the office she enjoys being with her family, playing music with friends and spending time outdoors.
