Christine practises exclusively in the areas of family law and fertility law.
She is experienced in all aspects of family law including litigation, mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiation and agreement preparation.
Throughout her career, Christine has continued her professional development with ongoing training in a wide variety of family law areas and has been a presenter at many continuing legal education courses on topics including property division, spousal and child support, discovery, family trusts and mediation.
Christine taught family law at the University of British Columbia’s Peter A. Allard Faculty of Law. She is accredited by the Law Society of British Columbia as both a Family Law Mediator and Family Law Arbitrator.
A graduate of the University of British Columbia and the University of Alberta Faculty of Law (2008), Christine clerked with the Provincial Court of Alberta. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association and the Victoria Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Christine enjoys running outdoors, triathlon, playing tennis and spending time with her family.
