Lynda focuses her practice on the legal issues that arise in families as a result of major life transitions, including separation and divorce, marriage, marriage-like and common-law relationships, deciding to have a child, or the death of a loved one.
Lynda’s practice includes separation and marriage/cohabitation agreements, relative and adult adoptions, wills and incapacity planning, and estate probate and administration. She has a particular interest in fertility law, including surrogacy and donor agreements.
Lynda received her law degree from the University of Victoria in 1998. She is accredited by the Law Society of British Columbia as a family law mediator and trained in collaborative family practice. She is a member of Fertility Law B.C. and has presented at continuing legal education programs in fertility law and family law and has served on the executives of the Elder Law and Family Law (Victoria) sections of the Canadian Bar Association.
When not in the office she enjoys being with her family, playing music with friends and spending time outdoors.
